Suzanne Freylikhman is a graduate of Queens College where she earned her BA in psychology.  Subsequently, Suzanne went to Hofstra University where she got her MA in Marriage and Family Therapy in 1999.  She has great deal of experience in the field working with families, children and adults.  Post-graduation, she was offered a position at her internship at a foster care agency where her focus was on reuniting families and running parenting groups.  

In 2003 Suzanne moved to Connecticut and got a job at a Child Guidance clinic where she worked for 13 years doing family and individual therapy.  In 2014, Suzanne was offered a new opportunity as a crisis worker evaluating patients in the Emergency department where she gained valuable experience.  In 2017 Suzanne and her family moved to the Danbury area where she subsequently joined the Family Study Center family. Suzanne enjoys working out and is passionate about animal rescues.  Suzanne is certified in DBT and TFCBT.
